As a young boy, Ter­tus bat­tled asthma. His mother used all the family’s money for his diag­no­sis and strug­gled to get him proper treat­ment. When she reg­is­tered her son at a Compassion-assisted child devel­op­ment cen­ter, they found hope and health.
