ONE is ask­ing every­one in the states to call their rep­re­sen­ta­tives in Con­gress to stop an amend­ment that would cut fund­ing to the World Bank’s Inter­na­tional Devel­op­ment Asso­ci­a­tion. This fund is the sec­ond largest devel­op­ment donor to Africa. The amend­ment was intro­duced by Rep. Jerry Lewis a Repub­li­can from California.
