From CNN comes this story of con-men tak­ing advan­tage of des­per­ate Pales­tini­ans. Tun­nels that run into Egypt try to step around the Israeli block­ade. New tun­nels need to be built often because Israel keeps blow­ing up any they want. Con-men often look for investors for the new tun­nels, but don’t plan on pay­ing them back.
